Can't locate my custom materials in Sketchup Pro 2026

I am having a hard time importing my old materials into Sketchup 2026. I tried the “Open or Create a Collection” and found the default materials (.skm) in the Program Data folder, but I can’t find my custom saved materials. Any help would be appreciated. I’m using a PC, not MAC.

The default location is:

I just figured out how I had stored them. Problem solved.

fun fact, if you go to the preference panel in sketchup, and then in the File section, you’ll find a direct access to all your custom stuff. materials is third, styles is fourth…

(unless off course you stored your stuff in a completely different place)

ant this is true on both mac and pc !
