Files Transfer to iPad

Hey guys out there
I have all my SketchUp models on a usb and would like to preview the on my iPad 6th gen to clients but I don’t want to use up too much storage on my iPad as I have 3gb total files

I have heard about female usb to lighting connector

Does any one have any other ideas
