"Hi everyone, my computer shut down during a power outage while saving my project. The file is corrupted and SketchUp won’t open it. The file size is around 31.7 MB, so I couldn’t upload it directly here due to the 16MB limit.

Could anyone please help me fix the binary structure or recover the geometry? Thank you so much!"

The file contains nothing but zeros. There is nothing to recover.

Where were you saving the file while you were working on it? Have you looked for the .skb backup copy and tried renaming it to .skp and opening it?

Your profile says you have a pro subscritption. That includes unlimited storage for SketchUp models on Trimble Connect. Were you saving a backup of your model to Trimble Connect?

This is a UPS, a backup power supply that gives you a few minutes to save your work and shut down safely if the power goes out. I use one because outages are quite common here in Thailand.
