Modo forum thread

Ive created thread on Modo Forum. I use Sketchup with Modo and Unreal Engine 4.

Ive found that Modo cant open properly UV from newest Sketchup becouse inside fbx code Name field is empty “”:

LayerElementUV: 0 {
        Version: 101
        Name: ""

Please put there some name variable and import of fbx to Modo 801 will be possible with Sketchup UV and problem will be solved.

Other thing is that you should improve that fbx for better exporting complex scenes. If I import it to Modo or Unreal I have got many errors (mainly flipped or missed faces).
