I get a message about Trimble connect been unable to download. What do I do? It seems other updates function and actually do download but apparently not Trimble connect? I have Sketch up pro 2018 installed.
Go to the Extension Warehouse via your internet browser and download Trimble Connect 2.xxx Then in SketchUp, go to Window>Extension Manager. Click on Install Extension, navigate to the file you downloaded and install it.
You can actually do it from within SU, open the EW in SU and install it from there.
I discovered this yesterday when reinstall one of my systems.
