Boa tarde. Até ontem esse arquivo abria tranquilamente. Ao tentar abrir ele hoje, recebi a seguinte mensagem: “Failed to open document.” Será que alguém consegue me ajudar a recuperar? Estou nesse projeto há mais de um mês… Obrigado desde já!
Where have you been saving the file while working on it? It was apparently made in SketchUp 2023. Is that a cr acked version you are using? It’s a huge file. Is it full of components from the 3D Warehouse? Did you have a power outage while working on it?
Have you tried renaming the .skb backup copy to .skp to see if it will open?
It’s a large file full of decorations from the 3D warehouse, and in the middle of rendering, there was a power outage. I don’t know what else to do! Yes, I tried renaming the extension to see if it would open.
This file is not mine. I received the finished file from an architect, for whom I was paid to render it. My Sketchup, where I tried to open the file and this error occurred, is paid. Thank you. I’m trying to do my job; I can’t be offended by you for the creator’s irresponsibility. I came here to ask for help, but if it’s a problem for you, thank you.
Dear, please reread what I wrote above. THE CUSTOMER IS THE ONE USING THE CRA CKED VERSION! The file is THEIRS! I received it ready-made FOR RENDERING ONLY! My Sketchup IS PAID! That’s why I said it was CREATED in a cra cked Sketchup. If it’s not going to help, disappear!
Hi, I need a help with “invalid file”. I was working on this file yesterday and today it says “File not found or invalid”. It says the same when I try to open backup file
Post the files here so people can try opening them. If they are over 16 MB upload them to a cloud service, make them accessible and post the link here.
The file contains nothing but zeroes. There is nothing to recover from it. Do you have the .skb backup file? Try renaming it to .skp and try opening it.
Where were you saving the file while working on it? Your forum profile indiciates you have a Pro subscription so you have unlimited storage on Trimble Connect. Were you also saving a copy there as a backup?
I tried to recover from .skb as you said, but same thing happened.
File was saved locally on D drive, but I didn‘t useTrimble Connenct (didn’t eve know I’m not using it until earlier.)
Never mind, thanks for your time, I will just star over and use Trimble Connect storage this time.
