Falha no arquivo - Failed do open

Boa tarde. Até ontem esse arquivo abria tranquilamente. Ao tentar abrir ele hoje, recebi a seguinte mensagem: “Failed to open document.” Será que alguém consegue me ajudar a recuperar? Estou nesse projeto há mais de um mês… Obrigado desde já!

Good afternoon. Until yesterday this file opened smoothly. When trying to open it today, I received the following message: “Failed to open document.” Can anyone help me recover? I’ve been on this project for over a month… Thanks in advance!

It doesn’t look promising. There’s a large chunk of data missing. Have you tried renaming the .skb backup copy to .skp and opening that?

What version of SketchUP are you really using? Your profile says 2021. This file is 2023. Is it a cracked version of SketchUp? Where have you been saving the file while you were working on it? Did your computer crash at some point? The file you shared is extremely large. If you were saving to an external drive or to the cloud it’s probably that the file became corrupted during a save or autosave sequence.

Good afternoon! I’m using a test version. the one from 2023. But, I imported a previous file, from sketchup 2021. I saved the file normally and when it was finished, I turned off the computer.

But WHERE did you save the file?

Did you quit SketchUp before turning off the computer?

Did you try opening the .skb backup copy?

I presume you have a current subscription for SketchUp. Did you also save the file to your Trimble Connect storage to create an additional backup?

I only turned off the computer when the save was finished. The backup was performed automatically just 3 hours before I finished work, it is quite outdated.

Why are you avoiding answering the questions I’ve asked. I’m trying to help you but you are making it difficult.

If you can open it, it’s better than the .skp file since the .skp file is not viable.
