We can do nothing unless you share your skp file so people can examine it.
LINK DOS ARQUIVOS SKP E SKB

You need to grant access to the google drive files.
The .skp file is more than 25% filled with zeroes, the .skb file is a little more than 45% filled with zeroes. I couldn’t get anything from either. Maybe @colin will be able to recover something however I wouldn’t wait to see. I would get started rebuilding the model.
Where have you been saving the file while you were working on it?
Foi salvo em uma pasta compartilha
On a network drive or in the cloud? It’s always best if you download the file to your computer’s internal drive while you are working on it. If you need to share the file, upload it back to the shared folder. Also, since you have a subscription for SketchUp you have unlimited storage on Trimble Connect. You should save the file there in addition to saving it on the internal drive of your computer. That will give you another backup copy of the file. In fact each time you save the file to Trimble Connect it is an incremental save which means you can access an earlier version if you need to. You can also share the file with others through Trimble Connect if you need to do that.
Estou com o mesmo problema disse ( falha ao abrir o documento). ja tentei tudo que sei se aguem puder me ajudar, meu programa é o 2024Pro
We can’t even begin to help you unless you share the SketchUp file.

There’s a large chunk of data missing from the file. Assuming you are using Windows (your forum profile isn’t correct) do you have a .skb file and can you share that?
Where have you been saving the file while working on it? Since you have a current SketchUp subscription, have you also been saving your file to your Trimble Connect storage?
Ainda não estava pronto, mas o que recuperar já me ajuda, pra mim aqui nem abre
segue o skb
não salvei no trimble connect, esta salvando só no computador mesmo.
That’s unfortunate. Where have you been saving the file as you were working on it?
The .skb file has the same issue.
então esta perdido mesmo, vou refazer
obrigada pela ajuda, vou começar a salvar no trimble connect
eu estava salvando no D: do meu computador
obrigada.
It doesn’t look like there’s any hope for it.
Maybe save it to the C: drive on your computer instead of to D: and also save to Trimble Connect. Also, each time you save to Trimble Connect you’ll create an incremental save so you can go back to an earlier version if needed.
Muito obrigada, já estou desenhando novamente.
Obrigada
ME AJUDA ESTOU COM MESMO PROBLEMA
Your file is more than half filled with zeros. Probably best to start again. Or can you check if the backup file can be opened? Don’t save directly to the cloud but use a folder on your own computer when working.
