I tried the usual things that might help, but there are a lot of things wrong in the file.

Did you find the .SKB version of the file?

Yes i have the skb, i will share here

Unfortunately, it has similar problems.

I will ask colleagues to take a look, but imagine they won’t see my request right away.

hello some help?

Please realize that most people have holidays now,
I’m sure you will get a reaction when @colin 's colleages get back to work…
Have patience…

I am working, but my colleagues may have taken yesterday off work. I’ve asked again, but it will be about 5 hours before they are awake and checking messages.

Hello, I have the same problem. please help me

@colin

You have to allow access to the file.

I am very sorry.
Please try again using this link.

Your files have data missing from the end. Perhaps @colin might be able to retrieve something from them.

Both files are missing data from the end of the file. It isn’t easy to tell how much data is missing.

Thank you very much. Then is there any way to recover my file? I desperately want to recover my file

I think it’s safe to assume that if Colin could have recovered anything from your file he would have done so. The fact that he didn’t would be an indication there is nothing to recover.

Where were you saving the file while working on it? Your profile shows you have a Pro subscription to SketchUp. That would mean you also have included unlimited storage space on Trimble Connect. Were you saving a backup copy there? You should be saving to an internal drive and taking advantage of your Trimble Connect space and saving an additional copy there.

Thank you very much.
I worked on an external hard drive. Backup files are created every 5 minutes. However, since I worked with an external hard drive, it seems that the backup file was not created. I didn’t know this. From now on, I will have to make frequent backups. thank you

Working with files saved to an external drive has proven to be a huge problem for many users. The general advice is to do as I wrote: Work onj the file saved to an internal drive and save a copy to your Trimble Connect storage. If you need to be able to access the file from other computers you can download it from Trimble Connect and open it. Then save it back to Trimble Connect when you’ve finished for the session.
