What version of SketchUp are you actually using? Your profile says “SketchUp for Web (Free only)” and “2024 Desktop”. Your screenshot doesn’t come from the free web version. Does this mean you are using a cr acked version of SketchUp 2024?

Correct your forum profile, then. Bogus information just makes it more difficult for you to get help when you need it.
That’s probably why SketchUp can’t open it. Most likely it has become corrupted because you’ve been working on it while it is saved to the coud.
Depends on where in the cloud it has been saved. Maybe you can just share a link to it.
Outdated - not bogus. Right now I’m panicking about this file (understandably so) so I will update that later. Let me try and figure out how to share a link to the file etc.
I still get the same message as I showed before. Just do what I asked so we can get on with things.

And I went from using web, to trialing the desktop version in 2024 to finally using pro. Everyone here is a learner.
The last 25% of the file contains nothing but zeroes. No way to recover the file. Do you have the .skb backup file?
Where in the cloud were you saving the file while working on it?

Going forward make sure you are saving the file to the local, internal drive while working on it. Don’t work on files saved directly to the cloud. In addition to saving it locally, save periodically to Trimble Connect. This will result in incremental saves so you can go back to an earlier version if needed.
