I saved a file on Trimble connect, but have lost the local save file. No big deal, download from Trimble Connect, but when I do so it says ‘failed to open document’.
Sketchup shows me a preview of the file, which gives me some hope it exists, but I can’t open it. Any ideas? Find the file here:

Unfortunately your file has a large section if data that has been overwritten with zeros.
Do you have the backup file on your computer?
or for that matter. take a look at the file history on trimble connect.
