I have a new laptop and I have installed Sketchup 2024 (no problems) but I am attempting at getting all of my extensions loaded in and it won’t install the extensions.
I have removed/uninstalled anything SketchUp related on the computer and re-installed to no avail. Any further guidance would be greatly appreciated. I don’t really think I should have to go to the web and download and manually install all extensions.
When you installed SketchUp did you right click on the downloaded installer and choose Run as administrator? If you didn’t Windows permissions won’t be set correctly.At the very least, repair the installation by right clicking on the installer, choosing Run as administrator, and then Repair.
@DaveR I appreciate the quick response. I did see that on a previous post somewhere and on my third attempt of uninstalling/reinstalling I did run as administrator. Prior to reinstalling I did also try clearing caches etc. all to no avail. Hence why I tried deleting everything related to sketchup on this laptop.
