Extension Manager - not blank like others, but nothing will update

I get this every morning:

When I click the update buttons I get a smaller popup that tells me the extension has successfully updated, but then the grey message telling me the opposite appears under the extension. Since I get exactly the same thing every morning I open Sketchup, I’m inclined to believe the second message.

Can anyone please tell me what’s going on here?

hello, sign out in top right hand corner and log in again, you should be able to actually download updates

As Paul suggested, log out and log in again. Let us know if that allowed you to proceed.
