Export 1 Layer at a Time

I have a 7-layer model. I want to download 1 layer (tag) at a time. When I deselect all but 1, the whole model still gets download.

Do I have to delete all layers but 1, download it, un-do the layer deletions, then do that for all layers?

There are no layers in SketchUp. In SketchUp Go, you would need to delete the objects with the unwanted tags before export. I would suggest doing this with copy of the file instead of the original working file.

BTW, please update your forum profile. It shows you are using the free web version, not Go and Go does not give you access to SketchUp Desktop.

Tags/layers in SketchUp control visibility not existence of objects. When you download you get everything that exists, visible or not.
