every now and then this happens to my model,the only way i can get around this is to re draw. there must be a way.

You have two components a long way from the origin. Remove them then save and open your model.
This gif isn’t great but you can see 9 then 11 when I use select all. And then zoom selection.

You got a couple of components located at a huge distance from the rest of the model.
Deleting them fixes the problem.
Like Box shows, deleting them solves the issue. I also fixed incorrect tag usage.
