Tried everything tech support has asked so far. Deleting cache, Removing all relevent folders & fresh load from offline library, turn off windows defender, using different internet. Loaded SU2024 and works fine. ??? Also, if I click the home icon, it sometimes refreshes and will let me search but very erratic and usually get the error again. Almost like internet running at dial-up speeds. Wondering if there’s a compatibility issue with Chrome versions, etc.?
