Hello ! I’m on version 2016 of Sketchup on Mac (macOS high sierra) . Everytime I try to download a componant on 3D warehouse, I’ve this message coming : OOPS! AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. No download files are available.
Do you have any idea where does it come from ? how to fix this ?

You may have the same issue as in this post:
Hi, Over the last 3 days I encounter errors when trying to download models from the 3D warehouse. The message says:" no download files available", after the model was found and previewed in the warehouse. Some models can be downloaded, but most not. I am a Pro user already for more than 5 years. This is the first time I have these download difficulties. Examples of files that do not download “Be pure rodeo bank”, “oven (flames007)”, “artifort F510”. I use MacBook Pro, MacOS High Sierra (10.13.6)…

This has been covered already.
No, we generally only support 3 version of SketchUp. 2016 also uses older versions of native browsers, and unfortunately in the world we live in, it’s no longer acceptable or secure to run older sw that hasn’t been updated in sw we don’t control.
