why am i having this problem when trying to import AutoCad/dwg file? can someone help me out?
Do what the message says and fix the CAD file before importing it. Or find that distant geometry and either delete it or move it close to the origin.
What version of SketchUp are you actually using? Your profile says you have a Classic license for SketchUp 2024. Does that mean it is a cr acked version?

First get a legitmate subscription.
Start buy getting a licensed copy of SketchUp and I am sure we can get your model up and running!
