Error Message- Subscription Service Invalid

When opening a skp file or trying to send a skp file to layout I am receiving an error message: “The subscription service response is invalid, you can continue to use skp, but you will not be allowed to start a new file or open an existing file”. This has been happening for a few months and by signing in & out of my trimble account I am sometimes able to fix it. But it’s happening again and signing in and out isn’t working. Any ideas on how this can be fixed?? I am using skp pro 2021 and my subscription is valid thru 2022.

You need to sign out from within SketchUp.
[menu] Help > signout (emailaddress)
Close SketchUp
[menu] File > quit
Close StyleBuilder and LayOut as well
Start SketchUp
