When I go to send a floor plan to layout I get a message

when i go to send a floorplan to layout 2020 i get a message that reads:
the subscription server response is invalid
you can continue to use sketchup, but you will not be allowed to start a new file or open an existing file…
how do i fix this

Have you tried signing out of SketchUp and then signing back in?
