Are you still running SketchUp 2017 ?

Have you been sure that the version of Sandbox Tools you are trying to load is compatible with your version of SketchUp ?

Errors loading the ‘shipped’ su_ extensions can be indicative of an incorrect installation of SketchUp.
When SketchUp starts these are copied from the ‘ShippedExtensions’ subfolder in the ProgramFiles SketchUp folder, into your users Plugins folder.
If things have not been set up properly weird permission related issues can arise.
A fix for this which won’t affect any customization is as follows…
While you are logged into Windows as you normal user-account [DarkSpyros] ensure that SketchUp is closed.
Find the SketchUp installer exe file for 2017 - usually in your user’s Downloads folder ?
Select installer’s exe file’s icon.
Right-click > context-menu > “Run as administrator” [or equivalent in your language]
When prompted choose “Repair”.
When it completes restart SketchUp and see if that helped reset the files/folders’ permissions…
Never double-click an installer’s exe file to Run it - even if you have admin-powers it is not equivalent to doing it properly…

Your error message starts with the inability to load a lumion.rbe file.
This might be due to the permission issues outline above, or perhaps that extension is not compatible with v2017 - you must check that with its developers…
