I able to install sketchup Pro 2019 and install but when I tried a second time… I get erreur 2381. I do my installation with SCCM. Even if a do Manuel installation i get de same problem but if I switch user. The installation pass correctly until I tried to unstall et install a second time.

Log-in to Windows as your normal Windows user-account.
Close SketchUp if it’s open.
If that account has some admin powers it is NOT a problem, BUT it is NOT a necessity.
Find the SketchUp installer exe file [it’s probably in your Downloads folder].
Select its icon, right-click > context-menu > “Run as administrator”
DO NOT double-click the installer exe icon to ‘Run’ it - it causes permissions problems later on.
DO NOT install using the separate ‘administrator’ account - use your usual user-account and always use “Run as administrator” on the installer exe file - your user-account having admin-powers is NOT the same as using the “Run as administrator” option…
When prompted choose “Repair” [or for a new installation ‘Install’].
Restart SketchUp.
It should now run with correct permissions for all folders/files it needs to use…
