Not enough rights to install sketchup 2022 pro

hi i have just downloaded the new sketchup to trial but facing the same error to install.

  1. tried to right click to run as administrator it says insufficent rights
  2. tried using command prompt to make a administrator account also the same error.

please advise.

If it is a company computer you would have to contact your IT department. Installing any applications or changing user account settings requires an administrator user name and password.

but mine is a personal computer.

What happens if you open the installer, instead of run as admin?
