Hi, I try to install SketchUp Pro 2019 and 2018. But I get this error message, “Problem with the package code 2381”. I reinstalled Visual Studio C and NET Framework. Install the startup as Administrator, even decompressing the. exe to install it directly from the. msi file.
But nothing works.

Probably not the right solution, especially if version 2018 works well.
La solución fue otra en realidad, revisar los permisos de administrador en todas las alternativas posibles que da windows, no solo en el apartado de “cuentas”. De alguna manera mi cuenta era administrador, pero sin tener desbloqueados todos los permisos.

I found the solution:
When appears “error 2381” - don’t press “ok” or “aceptar”. You must open “task manager” and kill the installation process. Sketchup is already installed and you can use it.
