Can Someone help me? What’s wrong with the installation process?
my windows is Windows 7 professional
and graphic card NVIDIA Quadro FX 1800M
Looks like the SketchUp previews of SKP files failed to install. Not sure why though. Is the main program working as normal?
i’ve tried download lower version such 2017-2018
it still the same error
SketchUp requires some additional OS components from Microsoft:
- .Net Framework (SU 2019: version 4.5.2)
- Visual C++ Redistributable libraries (SU 2019: Visual C++ 2015)
Usually the installer triggers their installation if they are missing. If they are still missing because they were not successfully installed or faile to load, SketchUp cannot be installed.
Try to download them directly from Microsoft (at the given links) and install them manually. Make sure you install everything (including SketchUp) with administrator priviledges.
