Dear Community,
I’m trying to install Sketchup on a Windows 10 64 bits computer but got an error message.
I tested with different versions but same error message.
Any idea ?

What version of SketchUp are you installing? Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2019 Free (Web) which doesn’t exist.
When you started the installation did you right click on the downloaded installer and choose Run as administrator?
Hi, we use SketchUpPro-2019-fr and i tried the last version too but same message. I’ll check with the user for administrator right.
Please correct your profile.
Make sure the user is signed in to Windows with their normal sign-in and then right click on the installer and choose Run as administrator.
Same error if ran as administrator.

If you have SU2019 already installed, make sure it is not running. (You can restart your computer to be absolutely sure.)
Uninstall SU2019 by a normal windows method (Control Panel, Programs and Features.) As far as I remember Your settings and extension will not be removed.
Restart your computer.
Run the downloaded installer by right click and choose Run as Administrator.
We already tried this path.
Maybe i can try a registry clean with a special tool.
