Eneroth Slicer extensions having issues with license? Purchased extension

Hello!

I have purchased the ‘Eneroth Slicer’ extension from the Extension Warehouse. It seems to have installed fine, however, when I tried to use this extension it states: ‘Eneroth Slicer isn’t licensed. Do you want to open the Extension Warehouse to get a license?’

Essentially, I’ve tried re-installing the extensions and restarting Sketchup. Anybody have any issues similar to this? I’d like to use something that I just purchased.

Open the Ruby Console and then restart SketchUp. Any errors show up in the Ruby Console?

Download and try in in a fresh install of SketchUp 2025.

You could try removing the extension, close and reopen SketchUp, and install the extension again. The license is made during an install, I’m not sure what it does if the extension is already there.

I checked your account, and as long as you are signed in with the email address you use in the forum, the extension should license ok.

Thanks for the reply, @colin. I did try this out and received the same message.

Checked the Extension Manager and see the option to ‘Update License’, however, clicking on this does nothing. Any other tips would be much appreciated!

I see that after your message the extension has been activated. Is it working now?
