Failure to obtain extension license

I am receiving “Failed to obtain active license for Eneroth Slicer. License missing.”

Originally installed on SU2019, but have not been able to reinstall on SU2022 and now SU2025. The only option in the extension warehouse is to “install” (since I’ve already purchased). Warehouse says I’m 3/3 on activations. I’ll happily repurchase if given the option.

Probably won’t have to repurchase it. @colin should be able to fix this for you when he gets a moment.

I could see an issue in your account for that extension. I have fixed the problem and it should license ok now.

I have the same issue. Could you please reset my activations to 0? Everytime I upgrade to the newest version of Sketchup I have this issue. Thank you.

Hopefully Mindsight will helps with DECAsteel. I fixed the problem with auto weld.
