Enabled in Admin but getting no access

I recently added SketchUp for schools through the admin console but getting the “Are you in the right place” error when logging in. In other posts I am seeing that some are needing to be whitelisted to gain access. Am I missing a step that I should have done or can we be added to the whitelist? Thanks.

Anyone have any idea for this? We still can’t access Sketchup for Schools.

Hi @oden08 – can you please send us your school’s email domain and we’ll add you to our whitelist.
