Disabling guide mode on tape measure?

I think it’s supposed to deactivate when I press Ctrl. But the --+ modifier by the cursor just stays on when I press it. The Ctrl button on my keyboard is working; I can subscribe to the “keydown” event in the browser console and it fires when I press Ctrl. Anyone had this issue?

This is a known issue in the web versions and has been reported numerous times.
