When I open any of my files now, the dimensions are mirrored vertically. Any new ones I draw exhibit the same behavior [Screen Shot 2020-09-04 at 22.20.36.788]

I don’t know almost anything about current Macs, but reading about the symptoms and that they haven’t appeared but recently, makes me suspect that something OS related has changed lately. Googling, I saw that someone had seen this happen with Excel and Word, but I saw no obvious solutions.

In Big Sur I see the same issue with 2017. Also, when you edit the text it looks correct. 2020 shows dimensions ok. Could you use the Feedback application to report the problem to Apple?

The dimension mirror/invert just happen to me too upon “upgrade” to Big Sur. I cannot live with the dimension problem. Any resolution? I am using 2017 Make pre-subscription. Do dimensions work OK with Big Sur with a subscription version?

No. It affects all desktop versions of SketchUp. You could try the web version in the meantime.

Guess I’m holding off on upgrading… Had this problem on my test computer I installed Big Sur onto.

Between that and 3DConnexion’s still-in-beta driver, I am holding off too.
