The dimension tool works fine initially, but when I reopen my SketchUp project none of the dimension labels render. They show up as rectangular blocks, as if they were redacted. I’m using SketchUp for Web. Here is a screenshot:
If I add a new dimension to the model, it will render correctly even while the older ones will still appear redacted. Once I close and reopen the project, all dimensions will be redacted.
Is there something I can do to fix this?
Closing and reopening the browser seems to have resolved it.
Just another detail: The issue comes back after the computer sleeps. Upon wake, the issue returns and I must cycle the web browser.
I would prefer to use the native SketchUp app for MacOS, but it crashes whenever I try to open it.
Actually new information! The issue reappears after clicking the Save button.
Are you using Safari web browser? What kind of mac do you have?
The recommend browser is the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge. SketchUp for Web will work in Safari but may not work in it properly.

I experienced the same problem today in 4 different SketchUp models, i tried saveing and reopening (which helpedwhen i had this problem in the past), but after movi g around in the models it kept on happening again and again:(
