Diffusion windows pop-up is blank

Help,

I use SketchUp Pro 2023 with Pro License. When I installed Diffusion extension, the windows popped-up, but there is nothing in the box. Is there anything I should do?

Try restarting SketchUp.

Try logging out and back in again.
