I have a pro subscription but cannot get diffusion to work.
I have installed it and made sure it is activated, the toolbar shows up and is not greyed out but when clicked, no window opens. This is the same for the extensions menu.
I have also deleted and reinstalled Sketchup but have the same problem.
Solved by following this, replace component with diffusion:
Follow this guide exactly after “Make Component…” Hold down the ALT key. Hit SPACEBAR. Release ALT key Hit M (Move). Hit one of ← ↑ → ↓ arrow keys Move your mouse around (without pressing any mouse key) until you see the missing window. Press left mouse button on the desired place ( Note I assume you have English windows otherwise you may need to replace “M” with a localized start letter, e.g. “L” in French)Preformatted text
