skp diffusion wont open i just installed and i have 2024 pro license
Did you install SketchUp 2024 correctly? That requires right clicking on the downloaded installer and selecting Run as administrator from the context menu.

Hi i beleive i have the same problem. Do we need to un install and re install? Or just modify?
You should be able to just close SketchUp find the installer in your Downloads folder, and launch it with a right click and Run as administrator. Choose the Repair option when it is presented.
Also please update your forum profile. It shows you are using SketchUp 2018.

I updated last week from pro 2024. I am working on a laptop window 11, Desktop window 10, and ipad pro.. i uodated on both computer
Could that be a problem? I saw diffusion, use it, on laptop. Now u dont see it on the latpop and id u try to get it from ewtension Warehouse, it tell me its not compatible with my os, or su version 25 0.575
