Hi, help please. I installed diffusion. I click on the icon and nothing happens, no window pops up. I don’t know where the problem is.
Do you have a current Subscription license for SletchUp? That is required to be able to use Diffusion. Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2021 but doesn’t identify the type of license.
I have SketchUp Pro 2021, but it worked, and stopped

I don’t have a subscription, I have a perpetual license
A perpetual license is not a subscription license. There is an annual fee for the subscription license.
Ok, I understand, but why did it work? 
It gave you a trial.
