Is there anyway to make Dental Molding using Follow Me tool?

I don’t think the Follow-me tools is apropriate for that.

You mean dentil molding?

Follow Me would not be the right tool for the job. You could do it manually by making one block and copying it to make a linear array. Or Profile Builder 2 can do it very easily.
