how do I change the default window size on a su model file. I"m talking about the size of the window, not the model. What I have is larger than my 27inch monitor and I’m having to constantly move it sideways to work on it

settings / workspace / save current window size.

as long as the window size respects apples rules (stacking windows, making windows bigger than the screen…) it should stick.

in this message I explain 2-3 little things people tend to see as interface bugs in SU that are actually Apple enforcing its design rules. if you disobey these rules, the standard window will be a bit resized

there is a funny thing with mac os. when you have a window partially outside of the screen, there is a risk mac os reopens it later on a different screen.
