Curved and smoothened wall thickness

Hello, Ive created this egg shaped structure and Ive been struggling with the wall thickness… How can I extrude it about 200 mm to the outside if its a curved and smoothened object?

The Joint Push Pull plugin should do that.

Keep in mind that you could just make the shape with thickness and punch holes in it.
