thank you for any help
How about Export to PDF? What size paper did you select when you started your plan set? That’s the size the document should be. Maybe you could share the LayOut file so we can see what you’re working with.
What version of SketchUp and LayOut are you using? Your profile shows you are using SketchUp 2017 Make and of course that version doesn’t include LayOut nor would it be appropriate for the commercial work you are doing.
In Layout use File Export. This will create a PDF at the page size you set up.
Send to a print shop and pick them up…
Thank you

I’m happy to help but you have to make the file accessible. I get a Permission Denied message when I follow the link.
OK. So what size paper did you want this to print on? You’ve chosen Arch D (24 in. by 36 in.) for the paper size.
If you want to print them on your own printer on smaller paper, you can do that with an application like Adobe Reader. From the print dialog in Adobe Reader choose Shrink oversized pages in Page Sizing & Handling.
You could choose Poster to have each page printed on multiple sheets but you probably don’t want to send that to the client.
Alternatively, with the PDF exported from LayOut, send it to the printing shop or deliver it to them on a USB stick and let them print it on Arch D paper and you should be good to go.
thank you for all your help
