Could not cancel Auto Renew and payment was taken

I wanted to cancel my auto renew a few days before the payment was due to come out but the trimble site was down with a maintenance message for a few days so couldnt cancel and the payment was taken, I have contacted customer support to see if I can get a months use now or use the taken money to go towards buying it but no answers, can anyone help here?

You have 14 days to request a refund if you have purchased/renewed.

If you’ve filled in the form to request that within that 14 day period, then it will be fine.

Payment was due out 6th December tried to sign in multiple times 4-5th December to switch off auto renew but couldnt contacted customer support 12th December asking for money to be returned but they said my request was recieved after the 14day policy window…my query is I should have been allowed to stop the auto renew but was not given access to do this as agreed when I signed up for plan.

The 12th of December isn’t 14 days after the 6th, so I don’t know how that can work!

They will have a full electronic trail of when it was submitted etc as your request goes directly into a ticketing system, so it shouldn’t be hard to put that right.

this is only something SketchUp support can put right if you have bought it from them
