Canceling Sketchup Subscription

Meant to cancel my Sketchup Subscription prior to my renewal date… and completely forgot to do this or turn off auto-renewal. Just don’t have the money to pay for this right now, and noticed a charge on my card this morning. I’ve turned off auto-renewal… who can I talk to to refund/cancel my service? The Trimble Account website isn’t very intuitive in that regard, I don’t see any contact options.

Sucks I have to abandon Sketchup, but the price hikes + personal situation make it impossible to afford right now. Maybe when my work bonus comes around in February I can resubscribe.

Thanks as always, Dave! Not sure why I couldn’t find that… maybe it’s just too early in the morning and I’m too sleepy lol.

Hope to see you all again back in February when I can hopefully renew!

They need a subscription package that’s just the Sketchup Pro Desktop App at a more affordable price…

They did introduce a monthly subscription a while back. Might be worth looking at that.
