Auto renew billed me but I need to cancel, can I cancel and get refunded?

Auto renew snuck up on me overnight before I could cancel (didnt even know I was using ‘auto renew’) and I was billed $299 (pro plan) but I need to cancel as I have just lost my job as a resort apparel graphic artist and I have no source of income currently. The billing has put me in the negative balance with my bank and causing a chain reaction of terrible events and I need this money for family.

How can I cancel my subscription and get a refund? Thanks for any help.

Thanks -I filled it out before I posted the question here, haven’t heard back from them since. That was 16 hours ago. I was wondering if there was a better way to contact. I’ll try a little patience.
