Hi
I have a viewport in SU.
I altered the style so that the lines are colour by material. I have grey contour lines, and red boundary lines.
When I take it to LO, it shows correct (only in raster, unfortunately). When I put it in vector the lines go black.
So when in raster, with coloured lines showing, when I export to PDF the lines are black in the pdf. I wanted to see if I can live with the quality of raster for that specific drawing if it meant that I can get the colours, but the pdf comes out black.
Is there anyway that I can have colours in lines (not surfaces) in SU and then properly reflected in LO and exported?
Otherwise I end up drawing over those lines in LO and that is double work.
Thanks!
hi.
I’m gonna assume you’re not using sketchup 2019 as your profile states but 2024 ?
if so, it’s a know issue with 24 and vector
if you’re using 19, better share a file so we can poke around
Thanks for the reply.
I saw on other threads people are asked to update their profile, but I couldn’t find where to do that, apologies.
But yes I’m on 2024, so I should probs wait for an update?
