I DID read the CheckUp log file. The error messages (in the log file) state that msinfo32 does not return a valid value for your Video memory (VRAM). At this point you might need to open a ticket with support.

What shows up in your Preferemces? Is SketchUp set to use your Nvidia card in Nvidia 3D application settings? Are the Nvidia driver settings OK? (Antialiasing and Anisotopic filtering should be set to “Application controlled”) [image]
