Checkup to Detect Errors for SketchUp2024

The newly configured computer has an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card, and the Nvidia driver has been updated to version 561.09.

However, SketchUp 2024 always stutters every time it runs. Checkup has been installed and run, with the prompt as shown in the image. I have attached the log file, can someone help me find the cause?

Thank you.

CheckUp is bugged and has been for a long time. It uses Microsoft msinfo32.exe which cannot read discrete GPU VRAM correctly. (It is an ancient utility!)

As an example it says my GTX 1060 has 1 MB of VRAM when it really has 6 GB.

If CheckUp was modified to use the output of dxdiag.exe instead, it is more likely that the information would be more correct.

Thank you for the reply.

I’ve tried everything but it still doesn’t work. Can someone check the log file to see what the issue is?

I DID read the CheckUp log file. The error messages (in the log file) state that msinfo32 does not return a valid value for your Video memory (VRAM).

At this point you might need to open a ticket with support.

What shows up in your Preferemces? Is SketchUp set to use your Nvidia card in Nvidia 3D application settings? Are the Nvidia driver settings OK? (Antialiasing and Anisotopic filtering should be set to “Application controlled”)

Thank you for your guys help.I will go and check it again carefully.
