I have received an email today (17th January) saying:
'Oh no! You just expired, but you can always come back

Knowing it’s around the time of the year when I have signed-up for Sketchup Pro subscription I have gone on with Renewal process. Minutes after processing the payment I went to the ‘Payment history’ part of my profile only to discover that I was already charged for this renewal on 11th January (6 days earlier). My bank account also states I have been charged twice. As a result I have two seats assigned now - one I do not need. I have contacted the sales requesting a refund for one seat, but received no confirmation of my message sent via email and no reply so far.
Anyone who has gone through a similar situation? Can I expect a refund?
