Changing Layouts SketchUp source File?

A quick question if I may

Lets say I have a SketchUp file named ABC.skp and a Layout file named XYZ.layout

The layout file XYZ.layout has multiple viewports which all reference ABC.skp

Is it possible to rename ABC.skp to say DEF.skp and somehow change the document referenced in XYZ.layout to DEF.skp so that it takes the equivalent references from DEF.skp as it did from ABC.skp

I hope that makes sense? :grinning:

Thanks for any help as always.

In Layout, have you tried using File > Document Setup > References and then using the โ€œRelinkโ€ button to reference the newly renamed DEF.skp?

Trying as we speak?

Absolutely perfect!

I thought there might be a way to do it and that was it.

Every single viewport updated to the new SketchUp file.

Thank you very much :+1:

No probs, happy to help.
