Hi everyone I was working just nice on my model and everything suddently disappeared! I now can’t see or do anything, it seems like it is not working anymore! I had this issue before but when i refreshed the page it was working again, this time this doesnt seem to work! I’m using sketch up free web
I thank you in advance to anyone who can be kind enough to help me, it will be a shame to waste all the work!

I presume this is a hobby thing since you are using SketchUp Free. Even as a hobbyist you should get into the habit of creating components and groups in your model. It’s not a good idea to leave the walls and floor as loose geometry.
thank you so much, i can see it now! I’m an architect but i was never into 3D modelling, i’ve always preferred the good old pen and paper for 3D-like visualization! I’m giving this 3D thing a chance now 
I don’t think it will never be my main design tool I’m still learning how to use it sketch up is a pretty accessible and minimal software, so perfect for what i need

So it sounds like you are using it in your work. You’ll need to upgrade to Sketchup Pro or at least SketchUp Go.
