Can't open my 2024 Sketchup pro subscription

I just completed my update to 2024 Sketch up pro & can’t use it. It gives me a window saying “I’ve exceeded my allowed activations” I followed the help page that ultimately asked me to Deauthorize All Devices which I did but am still getting the same window, just a repeating cycle & I’m locked out of my subscription. can anyone help?
